The fees below apply to both the GP Series and Physician Series.
Important information regarding VAT
For registrations received before 1 January 2010, the 15% VAT rate will apply. For registrations received on or after 1 January 2010, the 17.5% VAT rate will apply.

^The group rate is not available online. To claim your group discount, each delegate should complete a separate registration form and submit all forms together - either in the same envelope or via one fax transmission. Alternatively, if your group is paying together, you can submit one registration form with the names of all delegates in the group written at the top of the form or on a separate piece of paper.

If you are a BMA member, don't forget to provide your membership number when registering to obtain the discounted early bird rate.
