Overview
This Masterclass, in association with BMJ Careers, will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about NHS hospital management and your future career but were too afraid to ask. This one day event, designed specifically for senior doctors working within hospital medicine, will help prepare you for what lies ahead.
You will find out about the complexities of the current employment situation and how the changes relate to you, and how the current financial state of the NHS affects you.
You will learn about:
- Practical CV and interview advice to improve your confidence in promoting yourself
- “Management speak” and how to deal with your managers
- Employment options for doctors working outside the NHS.
