Group and nurse/allied professional registrations
It is not possible to register a group or a nurse/allied professional online. Please register by fax/post by downloading a registration form.
To register a group, each delegate should complete a separate registration form and submit all forms together - either in the same envelope or via one fax transmission. Alternatively, if your group is paying together, you can submit one registration form with the names of all delegates in the group written at the top of the form or on a separate piece of paper.
How to pay
To book online, you will need your credit or debit cards ready. You will be asked for your card number, expiry date, security code and issue number (for debit card payments) to finalise your booking. If you wish to pay by cheque, please download a registration form and send the completed form along with your cheque to us by post.
