Dr Paula Briggs
Paula Briggs trained at Glasgow University and has been a GP in Liverpool since 1993. For the past 2 years she has been the clinical lead for an integrated community sexual health service. Dr Briggs is a fellow of the faculty of family planning and reproductive healthcare and an instructing doctor. She is the named doctor for safeguarding children for the PCT and a forensic medical examiner dealing with victims of sexual assault. Dr Briggs has worked in genitourinary medicine and colposcopy and is now undertaking a diploma in community gynaecology at Bradford University and learning to use ultrasound as a clinical investigative tool.
