How do I register?
Complete the online registration here to confirm your place. You will be able to select individual webinars or all three webinars. Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation email.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
- For the cancellation and refund policy, please see section ‘7 Cancellation and Refunds’ of the oncology webinar series terms and conditions.
- To cancel your booking, please inform BMJ Masterclasses in writing immediately by post or e-mail.
- All delegates are bound by our full booking terms and conditions.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection. Some delegates like to have a notepad on hand, but it’s not necessary.
What is a BMJ Masterclass webinar?
A webinar is a web-based seminar filmed at one central location. Users can log on from a location of their choice and take part in real-time teaching.
What are the features of a webinar?
- You will experience live interactive teaching sessions delivered by expert speakers – webinars allow the participants to interact with the facilitator and ask questions as long as an internet connection is available

How do I know my place is secure?
Once you have booked your place for a webinar, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

How do I access the webinar?
- Attendees who have registered will receive an email from events@bmj.com with an access link to the webinar one week before each webinar is due to take place. Please click on this link to access the session. We will also send a reminder email with your link on the day of each webinar.
We recommend that the webinars are accessed from a desktop/laptop with a good internet connection.
How do I access the on-demand recording of the webinar?
The link to the on-demand recording of the webinar will be available on the BMJ Masterclasses website within one week of the webinar taking place.
When will I receive my certificate of participation?
Certificates are emailed to participants within one week of the webinar taking place
Will I receive a copy of the slides that accompany the webinar?
Subject to speaker consent, we will email a locked PDF of the slides for your reference within three days of the webinar taking place.
